The Mother-Baby Recycling Plant (Double Stage Recycling Plant) is engineered for the highly efficient processing of heavily printed, washed, and moisture-laden plastic waste into premium, void-free, and uniform granules. Integrating a high-capacity force feeder for smooth material intake and an advanced dual-extrusion system, the primary “Mother” extruder handles bulk melting and aggressive gas venting, while the secondary “Baby” extruder refines, filters, and stabilizes the polymer for precision cutting.
